Nation One Realty Group, Inc. dba Global Enterprise Management Solutions (GEMS) is minority woman owned small disadvantage business that is an Atlanta based company with our corporate headquarter located in Buford, GA. GEMS was established in 2007 by Sherry Seegulam, President/CEO, who has experience in operations, business and property management. GEMS started contracting with the government back in 2008 with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and The Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) as a subcontractor in the real estate and financial services industry.
